A Measured, Unhurried Process
We accept a limited number of watches at any one time. This means each piece receives the time it needs — proper magnified examination, careful disassembly, thorough cleaning, and accurate regulation — rather than being processed against a high-volume schedule.

Professional Workshop Equipment
Movement examination is carried out under high-quality magnification. Timing is measured electronically on a timegrapher. Water resistance is tested with a professional pressure tester. The equipment we use is appropriate to the calibre of the watches we handle.

One Watchmaker, One Watch
Your watch is handled by the same person from assessment through to return. It is not passed between technicians as it moves through a workflow. The person who opens the case is the person who services it and hands it back to you.

Documented Service History
A complete written record accompanies every watch on its return. This details what was found, what was done, what parts were used, and the timing results achieved after service. This document adds to the watch's history and is worth keeping.

What We Do Differently
Distinctive Features of Our Service
Pre-Service Written Estimate
Before any paid work begins, we provide a written assessment and cost estimate. You decide whether to proceed. If you choose not to, there is no charge for the assessment beyond the assessment fee itself.
Service in English and Thai
All written reports and client communications are available in both English and Thai. Owners from outside Thailand are welcome to enquire and correspond in English throughout.
Remote Enquiry and Consultation
Owners who are not based in Chiang Mai can contact us by telephone or email to discuss their watch before making arrangements to bring it in. We are used to working with collectors from across Thailand and from abroad.
Vintage and Collectible Specialisation
We have particular experience with vintage and collectible movements — pieces where originality matters, where parts must be sourced carefully, and where the approach to any cosmetic work requires restraint.
